Going from “Start to Stocked” in 8 easy steps! Here is an overview of the process of bringing snacking heaven to your location.
Step 1: Fill out an inquiry form on our website
Send a few details about your location. We’ll confirm basic fit the same or next business day.
Step 2: Quick Fit Call
15-30 minutes to align on site details such as foot traffic, access hours, product mix (healthy + classics), general terms, and placement ideas.
Step 3: Site Survey
An on-site visit where we measure power, clearance, delivery path, and signal for wireless payments. Afterwards you will get a short placement plan and product proposal.
Step 4: Proposal & Agreement
Choose a machine type (classic snack/drink, smart fridge, or micro-market), review any final details, and sign a simple placement agreement.
Step 5: Compliance & Scheduling
We finalize COI (certificate of insurance), any building/vendor onboarding, and confirm permits if needed. Then we schedule delivery.
Step 6: Delivery & Installation
We roll in, level and anchor the unit, connect power and payments, run tests, and stock your initial assortment.
Step 7: Go Live
Your new vending experience is now ready to service customers
Step 8: Monitoring
Our machines are telemetry-enabled. We monitor stock and performance remotely and restock on a schedule tuned to your traffic. Any periodic reports are shared with you as per the placement agreement.
